Senior Graphic Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Senior Graphic Designer specializing in creating visual materials for events, responsible for developing and executing high-quality visual identities that align with the objectives of each event.
  

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:

• Create designs for invitations, signage, presentations, and printed materials related to events.
  
• Develop visual elements such as logos and posters specific to each event.
  
• Design digital marketing assets, including social media banners and online advertisements.
  
• Develop the visual identity for each event in line with the client’s vision and goals.
  
• Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery.
  
• Meet event deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
• Propose creative design ideas to attract and engage the target audience.
  
• Work closely with the AD and CD to define design deliverables and create design directions based on project scopes.
  
• Work closely with the events team to understand client needs and events objectives.
  
• Present creative ideas and design concepts to clients and internal teams.
  
• Make revisions based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  
• Lead and mentor junior designers on large-scale projects.
  
• Provide guidance and training for less experienced team members.
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
  
• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the events industry.
  
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
